Branch N4 at Ho Chi Minh City's largest interchange opens on 22/8, now largely complete, easing traffic for vehicles entering and exiting Cat Lai port and the Long Thanh expressway.
Ramp N4 will open on 22/8, completing a two-way direct connection between Mai Chi Tho and Dong Van Cong, reducing traffic conflicts and easing access to Cat Lai Port.
