Class I general education teachers will continue to earn 10,3-15,7 million VND, missing out on a proposed increase of about three million VND from the Ministry of Education and Training.
Contract teachers employed under Decree 111, who are categorized by rank and grade, are eligible for the new base salary increase, while others are not.
