All vehicles, except trucks, can now traverse Prenn Pass, the vital gateway to Da Lat, after authorities cleared hundreds of cubic meters of landslide debris.
Authorities initially closed An Khe Pass (national route 19) on the morning of 19/11 due to a landslide caused by heavy rain, but later opened it to one-way traffic to prevent congestion.
Vi O Lac Pass on national highway 24 experienced a cut slope collapse, with about 100 cubic meters of earth and rocks falling onto the road, causing a prolonged traffic backup on the afternoon of 16/11.
