The Secretariat has decided to relieve Vo Trong Hai of his duties as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, reassigning him to serve as Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
