Nguyen Van Dai and Le Trung Khoa were issued arrest warrants by the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Security Agency more than half a month after their indictment.

The Ministry of Public Security announced that Le Trung Khoa has been prosecuted for allegedly making, storing, disseminating, and propagandizing information, documents, and items to oppose the state.
