Nguyen Van Dai and Le Trung Khoa were issued arrest warrants by the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Security Agency more than half a month after their indictment.

The Ministry of Public Security announced Nguyen Van Dai was indicted on charges of making, storing, disseminating, and propagandizing information, documents, and items aimed at opposing the state.
