A 62-year-old man who had been bitten by dogs multiple times but never received rabies vaccinations was recently bitten on the leg. He later developed symptoms including hydrophobia and aerophobia, leading doctors to diagnose rabies and determine that treatment was no longer possible.
An 11-year-old boy was hospitalized with symptoms of hydrophobia, aerophobia, and panic. Doctors diagnosed rabies, but the family doesn't know how or when he contracted the virus.
