Police have identified a 32-year-old husband as having killed his wife and 4-year-old daughter at their home in Vu Lang commune before taking his own life.
Doan Van Sang, former deputy head of Market Management Team No. 4, is accused of murdering a 39-year-old man at the unit's headquarters in Huu Lung commune and disposing of the body.
