Car and motorbike registration fees are expected to decrease by 30% in centrally-administered provinces and cities, according to a government-approved plan.
The prime minister has directed the ministry of public security to reduce driver's license processing times from 7 days to 4.5 business days in 2025. Renewal and reissue processing will decrease from 5 days to 3.5 business days.
