Following a social media dispute, a group of teenagers wearing helmets blocked a vehicle and assaulted one individual on the 2/9 street overpass in Da Nang early on 8/2. The Criminal Police Department of Da Nang City Police confirmed on 10/2 that they have clarified the public disorder and assault case.
