Upon arriving at the overpass, Phuc spotted Hai riding alone on an SH motorbike. Due to a previous social media dispute, Phuc immediately blocked Hai's path and struck him with a helmet. Vinh and Duy quickly joined the attack, using their hands, feet, and helmets.
Concurrently, another teenager named Hoang, riding a motorbike without a license plate, also stopped and participated in the group assault.
Under attack, Hai abandoned his motorbike and ran onto the overpass to escape. The group then fled the scene immediately.
Following an investigation, the Criminal Police Department summoned 6 individuals involved in the incident. Authorities described the event as reckless and hooliganistic, causing public disorder.
The case files, individuals involved, and evidence have since been transferred to Hoa Cuong ward police for further verification and handling according to their jurisdiction.
Police urge teenagers to resolve conflicts without resorting to violence. They also advise the public to promptly report any disruptive behavior to authorities.
