Northern Vietnam sees temperatures as low as 3 degrees Celsius
On the morning of 19/11, all 15 northern provinces and cities recorded temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius, with Mau Son (Lang Son) dropping to just over 3 degrees and Hanoi registering 13 degrees at several monitoring stations.
