Seven years of 'eating and vomiting' due to a disease affecting only 15 people worldwide
A 42-year-old man's seven-year ordeal of debilitating vomiting ended after doctors successfully diagnosed and surgically treated an extremely rare condition known as 'idiopathic megaduodenum'.
