Nguyen Manh Quyen, vice chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, has been appointed deputy secretary of the Hung Yen provincial party committee by the Secretariat of the Central Committee, with a nomination to become the provincial People's Committee chairman for the 2026-2031 term.
