Ha Noi plans to significantly increase temporary road and sidewalk usage fees for parking, with the highest rate in core urban areas reaching 400,000 VND per sqm per month.
Vehicles are restricted on numerous roads in the Thu Thiem urban area from 23/3 to 25/3 to ensure security and traffic safety, according to the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department.
