Khanh Hoa authorities have reclaimed over 6,200 square meters of beachfront land along nearly 90 meters of Tran Phu Street in Nha Trang from Sovico Khanh Hoa Co., Ltd. for public use.
A 67-year-old man collapsed on Tran Phu beach after experiencing sudden breathing difficulties. Luckily, a security guard from Khanh Hoa Provincial General Hospital was present and provided immediate first aid.
