The Central Inspection Committee has recommended that competent authorities consider disciplining Nguyen Duc Thanh, permanent vice chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, and Diep Van Chien, head of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
