The investigation agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy has reopened an inquiry into alleged criminal misconduct related to a two-year-old case where a female student in Vinh Long was fatally struck by a truck.
A teacher at Chu Van An Secondary School admitted to "touching a grade 8 female student's sensitive area" while demonstrating movements, and was subsequently struck on the head with a brick by the student's father.
Two 9th-grade female students from Lac Long Quan secondary school in Hao Duoc commune forced a 7th-grade female student onto a vehicle, took her to a nearby cemetery, assaulted her, and recorded the act to post on social media.
