The National Assembly Standing Committee has issued a document convening the first extraordinary session of the 16th National Assembly from 3/8 to 24/8.
Land with procedural violations before 1/8/2024 may be considered for a land use certificate if used stably, without disputes, in line with planning, and meeting other conditions.
