Quang Tri, Ha Tinh, and Nghe An provinces are planning 51, 35, and 30 resettlement areas, respectively, for the North-South high-speed railway project.
The north-south high-speed railway passing through Thanh Hoa province stretches over 95 km and affects nearly 4,000 households. The province plans to spend over 3.87 trillion VND on resettlement efforts.
