Another bridge ramp at Ho Chi Minh City's largest interchange set to open VnExpress Ramp N4 will open on 22/8, completing a two-way direct connection between Mai Chi Tho and Dong Van Cong, reducing traffic conflicts and easing access to Cat Lai Port.
