On the evening of 2/9, the city will host a fireworks display from 9 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. in front of the Hanoi Moi newspaper headquarters, Hanoi Post Office, Thong Nhat Park, the F1 race track, and Lac Long Quan Flower Garden.
