On the afternoon of 15/10, the Hanoi People's Committee (HPC) held a signing ceremony for the implementation of five urban railway lines – numbers one, two, 8, 10, and 14 – spanning a total length of 253 km and requiring an estimated capital of approximately one million billion VND.
