Expanding the investigation into the debt collection gang led by "businessman" Ho Thanh Duoc, also known as 'Duoc Dat Bac 620', police arrested seven more accomplices.
Pham Xuan Chieu and his accomplices are accused of operating a high-interest loan scheme, intimidating debtors with paint, fish sauce, and beer bottles if payments were delayed.
