Beyond the already operational Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line, Ho Chi Minh City aims to complete five additional lines by 2030, increasing the total length to 187 km.
Ho Chi Minh City will train specialized technical and management staff to develop its metro system, aiming to operate seven lines spanning 355 km by 2035 and 510 km by 2045.
