Russian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) circled Kyiv for hours without being intercepted, flying low and evading Ukrainian air defense positions, according to experts.

President Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian Air Force has not been effective in intercepting Russia's Geran UAVs and needs to reorganize its operations.
