Doctor Ira Bernstein returns to prison after being accused of seeking someone to murder his wife for a second time, having already served nearly five years for a 2017 plot to kill her.

Graduating doctors will not be allowed to practice immediately but must pass a competency assessment organized by the National Medical Council, starting in 2027.
