Manh Trong Toan, owner of the former Paris Night Club in Phan Thiet city, received an 8-year prison sentence for facilitating drug use among patrons to boost revenue.
Authorities stated there was "insufficient grounds for criminal prosecution" against singer Miu Le, as she was identified as a "beneficiary" in the illegal drug possession and use case on Cat Ba special zone.
