The city aims that by 2030, each commune in hydropower reservoir areas will have at least two effective economic models to stabilize lives and increase incomes for residents.
According to UNDP, Vietnam currently only covers about 30% of the damage caused by natural disasters and climate change, with the remaining gap prolonging reconstruction efforts.
