The former headquarters of District 3 Medical Center has been converted into a new treatment facility for Ho Chi Minh City ear, nose, and throat hospital, effective 28/4, aiming to alleviate patient overload and broaden specialized medical services.
"I have a deviated nasal septum, which often causes prolonged nasal congestion. I'm unsure of its cause and how to treat it," asks Na Truong, 32, from Ho Chi Minh City.
