Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has requested an increase in the proportion of spending for strategic, high, and core technologies within the total budget allocated for science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed that strategic technology development should keep pace, advance alongside, and surpass global trends, while crucially addressing Vietnam's practical issues.
