A cafe owner on Hanoi's Kham Thien train street was fined for allowing customers to sit dangerously close to the railway tracks and film passing trains.
Daily, 20 passenger trains would depart from Gia Lam Station instead of Hanoi Station, impacting thousands of passengers, according to the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company.
