The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has allocated 63,811 hectares in Hai Phong and Lam Dong to EVN and PVN for offshore wind power project surveys.
The prime minister has appointed Le Manh Hung, chairman of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) board of members, as acting minister of industry and trade.
