On 30/9, Vinpearl announced plans to commence operations of key facilities at the Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio urban area starting next year. This integrated ecosystem will feature the VinWonders theme park, a 36-hole golf complex, an international hotel system, and a series of beachfront villas. This development marks Can Gio's transformation into a major tourism and entertainment hub for the region.

The centerpiece of the complex is the VinWonders Can Gio amusement park, spanning 122 ha. This project will host nearly 300 games and 30 daily shows, making it one of the world's largest park complexes in terms of offerings. It is divided into three main zones: Global Festival, Safari Festival, and Water Festival. This model integrates cultural activities and international festivals to ensure a continuous chain of vibrant experiences throughout the year for both domestic and international visitors.

For premium sports, the complex features a 36-hole golf course cluster spread across 155 ha. These courses bear the design imprint of two renowned names: Robert Trent Jones II and Tiger Woods. The Sunrise course, an 18-hole coastal course, is the first in Asia to recreate classic holes from golf's "golden era." The Sunset course, on the other hand, applies Tiger Woods' tactical design philosophy with undulating terrain, leveraging the natural sea and forest landscape to increase the challenge for players.

The accommodation system offers diverse segments and styles. A highlight is the Vinpearl Dream Palace Hotel, an international-standard themed hotel model introduced for the first time in Vietnam by Vinpearl and VinWonders, drawing inspiration from time-travel adventures. Additionally, the complex brings together international boutique brands such as Best Western, ibis, ibis Styles, and Jol&Joe, with each hotel offering a distinct lodging style. A system of 137 Mediterranean and tropical-style beachfront villas provides private seaside retreats, connected to 5-star standard amenities.

The Convention Center and Song Xanh Theater are scheduled to become operational on 1/11/2027. This 7 ha facility, advised by Gensler design unit, boasts a 5,000-seat theater and a convention center capable of serving nearly 10,000 guests, aiming to host major international events and artistic programs.

Ms. Ngo Thi Huong, General Director of Vinpearl, stated that the company expects the integrated ecosystem in Can Gio to help position Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam as a new international tourism destination, alongside places like Orlando or Singapore. This complex is a key component of the 2,870 ha Vinhomes Green Paradise super-urban area, developed to ESG++ standards, and is the first official candidate in the global campaign "7 Urban Wonders of the Future" launched by the New7Wonders organization.
