42-year-old Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, called the protest a "free speech festival." The activist has garnered a large following on social media after years of leading anti-Islam and anti-immigration campaigns.
"Millions of patriots gathered to show unprecedented unity and patriotism," Robinson posted on X, accompanied by a photo of the crowd.
American billionaire Elon Musk also addressed the protesters online, calling for the "dissolution of Parliament" and a "change of government" in the UK.

Police estimated that between 110,000 and 150,000 people participated in the protest, significantly exceeding the organizers' expectations.

28-year-old Ritchie said he joined the protest due to concerns about immigration. He stated that the UK is witnessing an "invasion" of asylum seekers each year.
"We want the real England back. We want to restore free speech. They need to stop illegal immigration into this country," said protester Sandra Mitchell.

The group "Stand Up To Racism" organized a counter-protest in London, with approximately 5,000 participants, about a mile away from the far-right demonstration.
London police formed a line to separate the two groups.

The Metropolitan Police deployed over 1,000 officers, with an additional 500 brought in from surrounding areas, to prevent violence.
Police on horseback, wearing helmets and riot shields, worked to keep the opposing groups apart.

Several far-right protesters later charged at officers, throwing bottles and engaging in physical altercations.
London police reported that officers faced "unacceptable violence," resulting in injuries to 26 personnel, including four with serious injuries such as broken teeth, a broken nose, head injuries, and concussions.
"Many came to exercise their legitimate right to protest, but many also came with the intention of violence," said police official Matt Twist.
