Thames Valley Police in southeastern England arrested four individuals on September 16th for "causing a public nuisance with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Windsor". Earlier that day, activists projected images of former President Trump and financier Jeffrey Epstein onto the walls of Windsor Castle.
This occurred shortly after Trump arrived in the UK for a state visit. He and former First Lady Melania Trump were scheduled to visit Windsor Castle on September 17th.
"We will take robust action against any illegal activity around Windsor Castle," Chief Superintendent Felicity Parker stated.

Epstein, born in 1953, was arrested in New York in July 2019 on charges of sex trafficking involving dozens of underage girls, some as young as 14. He faced up to 45 years in prison if convicted.
Epstein denied the charges and was held at the Manhattan Correctional Center in New York. While awaiting trial, he died by suicide in his cell in August 2019. Trump, a former acquaintance of Epstein, claimed to have severed ties with him due to a business dispute and denied ever visiting Epstein's private island.
In addition to a photo of Trump and Epstein together, the activists projected a letter purportedly written by Trump to Epstein for his 50th birthday. Trump denied writing the letter.
Thames Valley Police also removed a large banner depicting Trump that was hung outside Windsor Castle on September 15th.
Trump's state visit included a stay at Windsor Castle on his first night, where an official welcome ceremony was held on September 17th. King Charles III engaged in "crown diplomacy" with full state honors. Following engagements with King Charles III and Queen Camilla, Trump met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
