On 11/3, Iran's state television broadcast a statement from a spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Command, asserting: "The enemy has given us reason to freely target US and Israeli-linked economic centers and banks."

The command also urged residents in the region to avoid banks within a 1 km radius. This declaration by the Iranian military follows reports of a prior attack. Iranian media reported that a US-Israeli strike targeted a bank in Tehran on the night of 10/3, resulting in some staff fatalities.
Further escalating tensions, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) indicated that Google and other technology companies in the Gulf region could also be "legitimate targets," according to Tasnim news agency.
Separately, Dubai's government media office reported on the same day that two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) crashed near the city's airport, injuring at least 4 people. The extent of the airport's damage is currently unclear.
The Middle East has been embroiled in conflict since the US and Israel launched airstrikes against Iran on 28/2. Iran retaliated by launching missiles and UAVs at Israel and US bases in Arab countries. This ongoing fighting has resulted in over 1,700 fatalities, primarily in Iran, and impacted many regional nations.
