On 17/8, Breaking911 released dashcam footage of a tractor-trailer driver attempting an illegal u-turn on the Florida Turnpike, causing a fatal accident on the afternoon of 12/8.
The video shows Harjinder Singh driving the tractor-trailer on the Turnpike near Fort Pierce. He then abruptly turns left, attempting a u-turn through a crossover designated for official vehicles only.
Singh's maneuver blocked almost all lanes of traffic. A black minivan, approaching at high speed, crashed into the undercarriage of the tractor-trailer.
The impact crushed the minivan, killing all three occupants. The accident caused significant traffic congestion on the turnpike. Singh faces three counts of vehicular homicide.

Authorities later discovered Singh had illegally entered the US from Mexico in 2018. His nationality has not been released.
Singh possessed a California driver's license. California is one of the states that allows undocumented immigrants to obtain driver's licenses.
