The Toyota C-HR+, an all-electric crossover, has launched for European customers, boasting a range of up to 607 km. This makes it the longest-range electric vehicle in the Japanese automaker's product lineup. Built on Toyota's dedicated eTNGA electric vehicle platform, the C-HR+ is offered in three versions, featuring two lithium-ion battery options and configurations for either front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive.
The C-HR+ offers two battery options: 57,7 kWh and 77 kWh. Front-wheel-drive (FWD) models achieve WLTP-rated ranges of up to 458 km and 607 km, respectively. The all-wheel-drive (AWD) version, exclusively available with the 77 kWh battery, provides a range of up to 548 km. Beyond the GR sports car lineup, the all-wheel-drive C-HR+ stands as one of Toyota's most powerful models in Europe. It delivers a combined output of 343 horsepower and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5,2 seconds.
Equipped with a 150 kW DC fast charger, the C-HR+ can charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 28 minutes. Even at -10 degrees C, charging time remains under 30 minutes, thanks to a battery pre-heating feature, according to Toyota.

Like Toyota's latest electric vehicles, the C-HR+ features a distinctive "hammerhead" design and no front grille. Despite being approximately 150 mm shorter than the bZ4X, the C-HR+ provides comparable interior space with ample rear passenger legroom and headroom. The interior showcases Toyota's latest design, featuring a 7-inch driver information display and a 14-inch infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A six-speaker audio system comes standard, while a premium JBL nine-speaker audio system is optional. A wireless phone charging pad is also included.
The Toyota C-HR+ is sold in Europe in three versions: Mid, Mid+, and High. The standard Mid version comes with front-wheel drive and a 57,7 kWh battery. The Mid+ version offers both FWD and AWD options, with both utilizing the 77 kWh battery. The top-tier High version is exclusively equipped with AWD and the 77 kWh battery, offering a towing capacity of up to 1.500 kg.
Pricing may vary by market. In Germany, the new C-HR+ starts from 38.990 EUR (45.000 USD), with lease packages available from 295 EUR (341 USD) per month. In the US, the C-HR+ is sold as the C-HR, with the 2026 model starting at 37.000 USD and an EPA-estimated range of up to 466 km.
This new electric SUV joins Toyota's electric vehicle lineup in the US alongside the updated bZ4X and bZ Woodland models. In Europe, Toyota offers the bZ4X, C-HR+, and the new Urban Cruiser electric SUVs. These three models form a "power trio" of electric vehicles, enabling Toyota to cover the entire SUV market in Europe: the compact and practical Urban Cruiser, the C-HR+ targeting young, individualistic customers, and the spacious bZ4X for families.
