In low-visibility conditions at night, drivers should maintain speeds below the legal limit to anticipate potential hazards. To ensure clear visibility in the dark, especially near busy intersections, drivers should release the accelerator, keep their foot on the brake, and ensure their estimated braking distance remains within the illuminated area.
