Driver rear-ends car, then asks 'how did you drive?'

A driver in Cuong Chinh commune, Tien Lu district, rear-ended a vehicle on 8/6 after failing to slow down as the car in front decelerated.

The incident occurred when the driver of a dashcam-equipped vehicle slowed down after the car ahead signaled a turn. The red car behind failed to reduce speed, pressing close and forcefully colliding with the rear of the dashcam vehicle. The driver of the red car then exited his vehicle and questioned the driver in front, asking, "How did you drive?" immediately after causing the accident.

In another incident of losing control, a female driver mistakenly shifted into reverse, backing into the front of a car behind her, believing the other car had hit her. This occurred on 28/5 at Nga Tu So, Hanoi.

Safe driving requires constant focus and maintaining a safe distance to anticipate unexpected situations. Distracted driving, failing to observe traffic, and not keeping a safe distance pose risks of chain-reaction accidents, endangering both the driver and other road users.

According to experts from Car Awards, when a vehicle rear-ends another, the driver of the rear vehicle is primarily at fault for not maintaining a safe distance. This is because the lead vehicle may have had to brake suddenly due to an unavoidable obstacle or an unexpected situation.
