Honda unveiled the SH HRC 2026 at Motodays, the annual motorcycle festival held in early March at Fiera Rome, Italy. The scooter features a blue, red, and white livery, characteristic of the RC213V racing bike from the Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) team in MotoGP, the most prestigious two-wheeled racing series. According to a source from VnExpress, this special edition Honda SH is expected to arrive in Vietnam in QII. Approximately 50 units will be imported, split evenly between the 125i and 150i versions.

The importer of the Honda SH HRC estimates the price for the 150i version at around 295 million VND. In comparison, the locally assembled, officially distributed standard SH125i/160i costs 76,5-104,3 million VND, while the SH350i is priced at 151,2-152,9 million VND.
Both the SH125i and SH150i HRC versions, limited to 500 units, retain the same technical specifications as their standard counterparts. The SH125i features a 125 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, producing 13 horsepower and 12 Nm of peak torque. The SH150i, meanwhile, is equipped with a 150 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, delivering 16,9 horsepower and 14,9 Nm of peak torque.
The SH models manufactured in Italy come with standard features: LED lighting, a TFT display, Honda RoadSync connectivity, and an 18-liter under-seat storage compartment. Both wheels have disc brakes, integrated with a single-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS).
Beyond the distinctive bodywork color scheme, a unique feature of the SH HRC is the serial number marked on each scooter. This element adds to its collectible value for enthusiasts who appreciate exclusive items.
The SH is Honda's premium scooter line, targeting financially strong customers. Honda Vietnam has officially sold the SH150i since 2010. Despite their price often being double that of locally assembled and officially distributed models, privately imported SH150i versions remain highly sought after by scooter enthusiasts in Vietnam. This demand stems from their rarity and a strong perception of superior quality and finish, attributed to being manufactured in Italy, home to Honda's only factory in Europe.
