The BEST Express Tan An post office, located in Long An ward, is the company's first franchised post office in Tay Ninh province. It is operated by Truong Thinh Cooperative. A representative from the cooperative noted Vietnam's booming e-commerce sector has increased demand for delivery services, not only in major cities but also in smaller provinces. This presents an opportunity for logistics companies to expand their services and meet the growing demands of local customers.
Tay Ninh, situated between Ho Chi Minh City and Cambodia, enjoys brisk trade, particularly in retail and e-commerce. In Long An ward, the province's economic and administrative center, thousands of orders are placed daily through e-commerce platforms, fan pages, and online stores, putting a strain on delivery services.
"The post office provides customers with a reliable delivery option and helps online shops expand their businesses," a post office representative said.

The Tan An post office covers 14 wards and communes, handling an average of 16,500 deliveries per month. It also processes about 6,000 outgoing parcels from local online shops each month. The post office maintains a lean but efficient team of two sales staff, one coordinator, and 11 delivery drivers. Each driver can handle up to 100 orders daily, even on long routes.
One of the post office's strengths is its dedicated customer service. Each shop is assigned a staff member to monitor the delivery process and provide immediate support if any issues arise. The post office also offers flexible pick-up times, including after-hours service, and even assists shops with packaging and printing shipping labels during peak periods.

The post office also implements a transparent reward and penalty system to maintain quality. Drivers with high successful delivery rates can earn bonuses of up to two million VND and receive an additional 1,000 VND commission for each new customer they refer. This policy motivates drivers and expands the customer base.
Going forward, the BEST Express Tan An post office will focus on increasing orders from online customers, a strategic source for sustained growth. The sales team will visit shops to offer advice and promotional deals.
In the long term, the post office aims to become a key transit point for BEST Express in Tay Ninh, contributing to a modern logistics ecosystem and supporting the development of the local digital economy.
