He stated that in the digital age, the influence of individuals or organizations is only meaningful when translated into tangible impact, linked to verifiable actions and results.
"The public isn't just looking for flowery words, they need authenticity. From my experience managing a business and as someone with social media influence, I see the potential for collaboration between businesses and KOLs to spread positive values," Vinh said.

SHB’s deputy CEO noted that the digital space is not just a channel for products and services, but also a place for businesses to gather feedback from shareholders, customers, and the community to improve experiences and innovate products. He believes businesses can become "collective KOLs" with their employees, shareholders, and partners to build social trust.
He emphasized the need for synchronized participation from businesses, KOLs, and the public to create a transparent and healthy digital environment. Maintaining this sustainable connection will help mitigate negative impacts and promote growth in the digital age.
A highlight of the conference was the launch of the "Digital Trust" Alliance, bringing together KOLs, management agencies, businesses, and the press to combat fake news, online fraud, and non-transparent advertising, while promoting humane values. Do Quang Vinh is a member of this alliance.
According to SHB, this participation demonstrates the bank's commitment to digital transformation and its role in supporting the country in building a transparent and safe cyberspace.

Over its 32 years of operation, SHB has always linked business growth with community responsibility, from economics and finance to culture and daily life. An SHB representative stated that the spirit of "actions speak louder than words" has become a cultural trait throughout generations of staff, demonstrated through their contributions to socio-economic development.
Recently, the bank has implemented numerous credit packages for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting innovation in technology, the green economy, and the digital economy, aligning with the government's Resolution 57 on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, and Resolution 68 on private sector development. The bank is also among the largest taxpayers in the country.
Furthermore, SHB regularly participates in social welfare activities. Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and local authorities, the bank and businesses within its ecosystem have contributed trillions of VND to support the poor, vulnerable individuals, disaster relief, and the construction of solidarity houses in mountainous and border provinces.
Responding to the government's call, SHB donated 100 billion VND to Soc Trang province and collaborated with the Ministry of Public Security on a program to eradicate temporary housing, constructing 700 houses in Bac Lieu, along with 150 houses and a school for people in areas heavily affected by storms and floods such as Son La, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Dien Bien, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, and Thai Nguyen.
