BVBank launches voice notification feature for incoming transactions

Digital bank Digimi introduces a voice notification feature, enabling customers to receive transaction information without manual checks, starting 1/8.

Users who enable the balance alert feature on Digimi will receive an audio notification for incoming funds without needing to open the app or perform any manual checks. The sound plays through the phone's speaker or a connected Bluetooth speaker, suitable for settings like small shops or for delivery drivers on the go.

Customers don't need to log into Digimi or install additional apps. Once activated on Digimi, the voice notification remains active automatically and is completely free.

A BVBank representative stated that the bank is among the first to implement this feature to enhance user experience, particularly for small business owners who need immediate transaction updates for proactive financial management. Upon activation, customers also receive a set of QR codes linked to their BVBank payment account for faster, more accurate, and professional transactions.

This new feature is the next step in the bank's digital transformation journey, focusing on practical solutions for easier daily business operations and transactions.

Nguyen Thien Tam, Director of BVBank's Digital Banking Center, stated that besides Digistore, a platform supporting income and expense, and inventory management for small businesses and shop owners, the bank also focuses on developing features tailored for small business owners, drivers, and delivery personnel. For these users, every transaction is crucial, hence the high demand for constant account balance monitoring.

"The voice notification feature was developed from this need, allowing users to know immediately when a transaction occurs without opening their phones or checking manually. This practical solution makes business and travel more proactive and flexible," Tam said.

Digimi, BVBank's digital banking app, integrates various essential financial features. Users can open accounts online using eKYC technology, transfer or receive money via QR codes or phone numbers, share transaction notification permissions, and track their cash flow transparently and continuously. The platform also offers services like savings accounts, stock trading accounts, flight bookings, and installment loans from credit cards, all within a single app.

Digimi is available on the App Store and Google Play with a user-friendly interface. With regularly updated features, the app is becoming a digital financial assistant for users in modern life.
