For these users, every transaction is crucial, hence the high demand for constant account balance monitoring.

"The voice notification feature was developed from this need, allowing users to know immediately when a transaction occurs without opening their phones or checking manually. This practical solution makes business and travel more proactive and flexible," Tam said.

Digimi, BVBank's digital banking app, integrates various essential financial features.
