Businesses can submit reports through five channels: by calling 02363.666.117; emailing phananh@dseza.gov.vn; using the drop box at DSEZA headquarters; submitting online at dseza.danang.gov.vn; or scanning the QR code displayed at the document receiving area.
Reports should include the time, location, names of officials involved (if known), and a description of the misconduct, such as harassment during document processing, soliciting the use of unauthorized intermediary services, signs of corruption or bribery, unexplained delays in processing, or other unethical behavior.
The DSEZA commits to protecting the anonymity of those reporting, not confronting or revealing sources, and taking fair and decisive action against any official found guilty of misconduct.
According to the DSEZA, expanding these reporting channels aims to create a transparent and secure investment environment, improve service quality, and promptly address business challenges. Each contribution will help authorities protect legitimate rights, enhance transparency, and improve official accountability.
The DSEZA, under the Da Nang People's Committee, manages, promotes investment, and supports businesses in the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, the Da Nang Information Technology Park, and industrial zones throughout the city, including Hoa Khanh, Hoa Cam, Lien Chieu, Da Nang, Hoa Khanh Expansion, the Seafood Service Zone, and former Quang Nam industrial zones such as Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc, Dong Que Son, and Thuan Yen.
The DSEZA plays a key role in developing infrastructure and attracting investment in high technology, supporting industries, and information technology, contributing to a transparent and sustainable investment environment in central Vietnam.
