C.P. Vietnam supports children's football playground

C.P. Vietnam and the organizing committee expand the U11 Dong Nai tournament's activities, enabling young players to interact, exercise, and gain experiences in their third year of sponsorship.

The 21st Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio, and Television - C.P. Vietnam Children's Football Cup finals took place from 6-9/8 at the Dong Nai Sports Training and Competition Center Arena, featuring 16 teams.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Veerachai Charoensilpskul, Chief Financial Officer of C.P. Vietnam, stated that witnessing the joy, excitement, and dedication of the young players was meaningful to the company. Through its support for the tournament, C.P. Vietnam aims to help create a healthy environment for children to improve their health, develop confidence, foster teamwork, and gain valuable experiences as they grow.

During the finals, C.P. Vietnam's "Energy Station" booth provided food and drinks for the players, offering a resting point for them to recharge between matches.

Cao Quoc Sang, Deputy Director in charge of Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio, and Television, and Head of the tournament organizing committee, expressed appreciation for C.P. Vietnam's consistent partnership over the years. He noted that the company's collaboration helps the organizing committee foster a beneficial and healthy sports environment for Dong Nai's children.

Each season, in addition to physical training and talent development opportunities, the children interact, learn, and gain memorable experiences. These are also the values the organizing committee and its partners aim to promote for the development of the younger generation.

Established in 2003, the U11 football tournament has continued for over two decades, becoming a familiar summer activity for Dong Nai's children. Through matches, children develop physical fitness, hone their skills, build teamwork, and cultivate a love for football. 2026 marks C.P. Vietnam's third year as the main sponsor.

This year's tournament also featured a friendly match between the U11 Dong Nai All-Stars and the U11 C.P. Vietnam All-Stars, comprised of children of company employees. The event drew participation and cheers from children and many parents.

The friendly match fostered an open atmosphere, allowing young players to play football together, interact, make new acquaintances, and connect with new friends.

After the match, the experience continued with a tour and exchange program at C.P. Vietnam's headquarters. On the afternoon of 8/8, the organizing committee, coaching staff, parents, and players from the four semifinalist teams — U11 Phuoc Long, U11 Tan Trieu, U11 Long Thanh, U11 Phuoc Binh — along with the U11 C.P. Vietnam team, participated in the program.

There, children toured the office area, learned about C.P. Vietnam's formation and operations, and engaged in games and football skill challenges, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere for the exchange.

For many children, the tour held special significance as C.P. Vietnam's headquarters is where their parents work. Adjacent to the office area is C.P.'s first animal feed production factory in Vietnam, linked to the company's initial development steps in Dong Nai.

The tournament concluded with many memorable experiences and beautiful memories for the young players. *Photo: C.P. Vietnam*

Dong Nai is the location associated with C.P. Vietnam's initial operations, where the company established its headquarters and first factories in Vietnam. After over 30 years, in addition to agricultural and food production, the company actively participates in community-oriented activities, sharing and delivering practical value to local residents.
