Cholimex Food's products earn "national brand" recognition for the fourth time

Cholimex Food's hai product groups, including sauces, spices, dipping sauces, and frozen foods, continue to be honored for their quality and continuous innovation.

Cholimex Food products received awards at the "Vietnam National Brand" 2026 announcement ceremony held on 16/10 in Hanoi. This year's program recognized 499 products from 227 businesses, based on ba criteria: quality, innovation, and pioneering capability.

Cholimex Food General Director Diep Nam Hai stated that this recognition brings the responsibility to continue enhancing quality, innovating products, and meeting consumer demand. The business considers quality and customer trust as the foundation for sustainable development.

With over 40 years of development, Cholimex Food has gradually expanded its scale, invested in technology, and improved its quality management system. In 4/2025, the business began operations at its thu hai factory in Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, Tay Ninh. With hai factories and over 3,000 employees, the company has the capacity to produce about 400 million bottles of spices and dipping sauces, and 6,000 tons of frozen food annually.

Production activities are managed according to international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and BRC. The business also meets HALAL, KOSHER, and ASC certification requirements and has been granted EU Codes for export to the European Union (EU) market.

In addition to familiar products like chili sauce, tomato sauce, and shrimp satay, Cholimex Food has developed many convenient processed sauce lines, such as: marinating grilled meat, char siu, beef stew, and bun bo. These products are developed to help consumers save preparation time, simplify seasoning steps, while retaining the characteristic flavor of Vietnamese dishes. In the frozen food group, the business has diversified its catalog with spring rolls, dumplings, and buns, meeting the demand for quick and flexible meal preparation for families.

Alongside product development, Cholimex Food is gradually applying artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics in production, business management, and its distribution system. The business is also expanding e-commerce and implementing solar power at its factories to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

With a strategy of quality as its foundation, innovation as its driving force, and consumer needs as its focus, Cholimex Food continues to develop products, preserve Vietnamese flavors, and expand its presence in the international market.
