A total of 5,258 workers, those who signed labor contracts before 30/9/2025, each received a tablet. The market value of each device is approximately 4 million VND, bringing the total gift cost to about 20 billion VND. This funding was sourced from Mensa's partners, who contributed a portion of their profits to support the workforce.
Upon the arrival of two trucks carrying the gifts at the company's facilities in the Industrial Park and Tinh Phong, workers queued to exchange their gift vouchers. A male Mensa worker expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "I have worked at the company for 4 years and was very excited from the moment I received the gift voucher; this gift is very practical".

During the program, Mensa's leadership emphasized that "workers are a valuable asset to the company". In the digital age, the company aims to empower its workers and their children by providing tablets, enabling better access to online learning and information retrieval.
Mensa Industries Quang Ngai operates as a foreign-invested textile and garment enterprise. The Quang Ngai Department of Home Affairs reports that the company employs 5,746 workers. This year, the average salary at Mensa Industries exceeds 8 million VND, with the highest salary reaching 41,7 million VND. The company has not yet disclosed its Tet bonus amounts.
This is not the first time Mensa Industries has made a significant gesture to its employees. During Tet 2024, the company garnered attention by gifting 4,400 40-inch televisions to all its workers. This previous initiative also stemmed from partners contributing a portion of their profits to acknowledge workers' successful completion of orders in the fourth quarter.
