According to company representatives, the awards are a result of Coteccons' ongoing cultural transformation. The company aims to build an ideal work environment where employees are empowered, inspired, and developed holistically.
Out of 655 Vietnamese companies that participated, only 119 were selected. Coteccons boasts positive internal survey results, reflecting employee trust, flexible interdepartmental coordination, a strong sense of belonging, and a shared company culture. The award is based on three criteria: Core (organizational culture), Self (employee experience), and Group (team spirit).
Coteccons pursues a comprehensive human resources development strategy focused on three elements: organization, talent, and culture. Its "jade green" organizational model is designed to be streamlined, emphasizing competence and commitment over rigid hierarchies. The company promotes connections between generations, especially between Gen Z and seasoned staff, encouraging mutual learning and effective collaboration in an environment that respects diversity.
With an empowerment-focused approach, Coteccons operates the "Own It & PD Empowerment" model, where key personnel like project directors are empowered like mini-CEOs, taking full responsibility for everything from progress and finances to quality and team management. This approach fosters ownership and independent decision-making within each project.

A Well-being strategy was implemented concurrently, with over 41 million safe working hours and 13,000 hours of safety training. In parallel, the company launched "The Happy Coteccons" series of activities to foster team spirit and ensure the physical health of its employees. Thanks to this initiative, the employee happiness index reached over 90%, contributing to Coteccons winning the Most Caring Company award.
Company representatives stated that these two awards are a testament to Coteccons' comprehensive human resources strategy. The company emphasizes team cohesion, an organizational structure that empowers talent, and the cultivation of a unique corporate culture. The OWN IT culture enhances the employee experience, promoting the development of individual capabilities within a diverse, equitable, and inclusive policy system.
Coteccons currently has over 3,200 employees with an average age of 31 and an average tenure of over six years. These figures demonstrate the stability of its workforce and reflect the company's long-term approach to human resource management. The company not only builds a comprehensive benefits system but also fosters a spirit of professional development tied to the organization's growth.
According to Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang, Deputy General Director of Operations, a construction company's success is measured not only by its business results but also by the satisfaction and commitment of its team. A healthy work environment makes everyone feel proud to belong to the organization and willing to contribute long-term value.
Human resources strategy plays a central role in Coteccons' development, aiming for the position of a leading construction company built on a foundation of sustainable culture and a people-centric approach.
